Terms

These terms govern your use of GRENVX. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.

GRENVX is provided by Mateusz Grendys. This is an individual rather than a company: there is no registered entity behind GRENVX yet.

Your data is dealt with in the privacy notice, which forms part of this agreement.

• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must give a real email address you control.
• One person per account. Your credentials are yours; do not share them.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into it.
• You may close your account at any time from your account page. Closing it deletes your data and cannot be undone.

GRENVX is a review and analysis tool. It takes decisions you have already made, the strategy rules you yourself wrote, and the market conditions those decisions were taken in, and tells you how consistently you followed your own system.

GRENVX does not do any of the following, at all:

• Give investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
• Recommend an instrument, a direction, a size or a moment to act.
• Produce or sell trading signals.
• Manage money, execute orders, or connect to a broker or exchange to place trades.
• Predict what any market will do.

Where GRENVX describes market conditions, it is describing what has been measured, not forecasting what will happen. Where it references a technical concept, it does so because that concept is part of the methodology you wrote down — not as a recommendation.

Every trading decision you take is yours. Trading carries the risk of losing money, including more than you put in on leveraged products. Your past results do not indicate your future results. If you need advice, take it from someone regulated to give it.

Parts of GRENVX use large language models to read your trades and strategy and write up what they find. This has consequences you should understand before relying on any of it:

• Model output can be wrong, can misread what you wrote, and can be stated confidently while being incorrect.
• The same trade reviewed twice may be described differently.
• A review is an opinion about consistency with your own rules. It is not a verdict on whether the trade was a good idea.
• Numbers that GRENVX measures are labelled as measurements. Anything a model wrote is labelled as such. Do not treat the second as the first.

You can tell GRENVX when a review has got something wrong, and that correction is kept as evidence. Use it — the product is designed to be argued with.

Model usage is metered per account per month. If you exhaust the allowance, model-backed features pause until the next month; the rest of the product keeps working.

Your strategies, your trades, your screenshots and your journal remain yours. You grant GRENVX only the permission it needs to run the service for you: to store that content, process it, send the relevant parts to the processors named in the privacy notice, and show it back to you.

GRENVX does not claim ownership of your content, does not publish it, and does not use it to train models.

The GRENVX software, interface, name and branding remain the provider's. Nothing here transfers them to you.

• Break the law with it, or use it to help anyone else do so.
• Upload content you have no right to upload, or anyone else's personal data without a lawful basis.
• Try to get into another account, another trader's data, or parts of the system not meant for you.
• Attack, overload or probe the service, or work around its rate limits and usage allowances.
• Scrape it, resell it, or repackage its output as a signal, advisory or copy-trading service.
• Attempt to extract the underlying prompts or models, or use the service to build a competing one.

GRENVX is early software under active development. Features will change, and some will be removed. There is no uptime guarantee and no service level commitment.

Keep your own records. GRENVX is a place to analyse your trading history, not the only place your trading history should exist.

There is no charge for GRENVX at present and no payment details are collected. If paid plans are introduced, you will be told what the terms are before anything is charged, and an existing account will not be converted into a paying one without your agreement.

You can stop using GRENVX whenever you like and delete your account from your account page.

Access may be suspended or withdrawn where an account breaches section 6, where it threatens the security or availability of the service for others, or where the law requires it. Except where it would be unlawful or unsafe to do so, you will be told why and given the chance to export your data.

GRENVX is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the provider excludes implied warranties, and is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or decisions you took after reading anything GRENVX produced.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Consumers keep their statutory rights in full.

The cap on liability, and how it interacts with a service that is currently free, has not been settled. This section is materially incomplete and needs a lawyer.

The governing law and the courts that hear any dispute depend on where the provider is established, which is not yet published. This section cannot be completed until that is settled.

Consumer protection rules in your own country will often apply regardless of what this section eventually says.

These terms will change as the product does. The date at the top of this page is when they last did. Material changes will be notified rather than quietly published, and continuing to use GRENVX after a change means you accept it.
